Returns & Exchanges - Change of Mind

This section of our Returns & Exchanges Policy relates to change of mind:

REFUND

We DO NOT provide refunds if your order has been received correctly but you would like to make a change of some kind (such as changing size, changing style etc).

However, it may be possible to return the item for a store credit. See below.


STORE CREDIT

Select items may be returned for a store credit, subject to our prior approval and the following conditions:

  • Only items pre-approved by Little Gecko can be returned for store credit;
  • The returned items must be received back to Little Gecko within 14 days of purchase date;
  • The returned items must be unused, unwashed, unopened and have all original labels/tags attached;
  • You are required to pay all costs associated with returning the items to Little Gecko and Little Gecko is also not liable for any loss or damage during transit;
  • Store credits are issued for the value of the returned items only. No credit will be given for the original freight costs; and
  • As we may incur irrecoverable costs in relation to a transaction (such as but not limited to, merchant fees), we reserve the right to reduce the total amount reimbursed by up to $10 as a processing fee.

Note: Swimwear/underwear and opened bedding/décor items cannot be returned for store credit.

If you wish to return an item for store credit, please follow this process:

  1. Email customer service with the reason for your return, the item you wish to return and with the order/invoice number for your original order.
  2. Post your items AND a printout of the email from us confirming your approval to return for store credit to: Little Gecko – PO Box 111, Joondalup DC, WA 6919
  3. After confirming your returned items comply with store credit requirements, we will email you to confirm that your store credit has been processed.

Note: The order/invoice number is included on all order and shipping emails sent to you. Where you did not checkout as a guest, you can also see a list of your orders by logging into our website and going to 'My Account'.
