Returns & Exchanges - Errors When Placing Orders

This section of our Returns & Exchanges Policy relates to errors when placing orders:

CHANGING ORDERS

Little Gecko processes orders 7 days per week, often within 1 hour of order placement. Where a request is received prior to the commencement of order processing, we are happy to make changes and corrections to your order, however we do not process refunds on these transactions only exchanges or credit notes.
