Returns & Exchanges - Faulty Items

This section of our Returns & Exchanges Policy relates to faulty items:

FAULTY ITEMS

We try our best to check all products for faults prior to despatch, however, if you discover that a product is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund that item at our choice subject to the nature of the fault:

  • Where we choose to repair the item, Little Gecko may arrange repairs via a third party or may provide a partial refund to you sufficient for you to have the repair performed locally.
  • Where we choose to replace the item, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge using our standard delivery method. Where stock is not available or at our sole discretion, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price for that item.

Note: In certain situations, you may also be asked to destroy the faulty item (such as cutting it into pieces) and to provide additional photographic evidence of this.

If you receive a faulty item, please follow this process:

Please report it to us within 7 days of the purchase date by sending an email to: customer service. On your email please include the following:

  • At least one photograph of the faulty item, clearly highlighting the fault; and
  • The order/invoice number this item was delivered on.

Note: The order/invoice number is included on all order and shipping emails sent to you. Where you did not checkout as a guest, you can also see a list of your orders by logging into our website and going to 'My Account'.
