Returns & Exchanges - Wrongly Supplied

This section of our Returns & Exchanges Policy relates to items wrongly supplied:


If you receive an order that has been incorrectly supplied (wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour etc), please send an email to: customer service who will arrange to have the error corrected as quickly as possible.

NOTE: If you are sent an incorrect item, it must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, with all packaging unopened and garment tags still attached. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred once the item has been received back to us. This will cover the cost of standard flat rate satchels by Australia Post only. Should you choose to upgrade to express or package differently the additional costs will be at your expense.
