Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please read the following information carefully to ensure you are fully aware of our Returns & Exchanges Policy as all sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once your order has been placed. 

Please do not hesitate to contact us before making your purchase should you have any questions and/or require assistance.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not provide refunds for Change of Mind returns or where a delivery address that we do not ship to is provided (for example Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collects). Should your Change of Mind return be acceptable, a store credit will be provided, subject to the following:

  • The item/s are in a re-saleable condition, meaning item/s are in the original packaging, including swing tags attached, and sent back to us as you received it; item/s are unworn, unused and unpacked; and décor items such as quilt cover sets, curtains, blankets and towels, the original plastic wrapping, cardboard inserts and the manufacturers seal is intact (therefore cannot be opened and then repacked).
  • The item/s are received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date. All returns will be at the expense of the purchaser and a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns/exchanges.
  • Little Gecko does not accept returns or exchanges of any items purchased on sale, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, and décor items such as quilt cover sets, curtains, rugs, blankets and towels where fabric compositions and measurements are provided in the product description.

Should your return enquiry fit the above criteria, please contact us to approve your return before sending it back to us. Failure to receive an approved return or the above requirements are not met will result in your order being returned to you at your expense. 

Store credits are valid for three months from the date of issue and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discount codes. Promotional codes must be used at the time of your purchase and cannot be backdated, applied or refunded after an order has been placed.

WRONGLY SUPPLIED & FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate event you receive an item you did not order or believe to be faulty, please contact us within two days of receiving your order with a detailed description and provide clear photos and we will endeavour to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

If the item is incorrectly supplied, you will be required to return the item (postage label will be provided) and the correct item (if currently available) will then be resent to you upon the return be received and inspected. Please note the above returns policy criteria is still applicable to any item/s received that you did not order or believe to be faulty. 

Wear and tear or improper care of item/s is not considered a fault. While we endeavour to provide our customers with the best quality products, nothing is indestructible and general wear and tear is common with items used by children. Little Gecko reserves the right to refuse return, not offer store credit, refund or repair voucher where the item/s fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Little Gecko’s return address will be provided to you once your return is approved.
