Change of mind
Little Gecko does not offer refunds or exchanges nor cancels orders for change of mind items, including purchases made in error, such as selecting the incorrect size or colour, items that do not fit in the way you would like, incorrectly supplied addresses, delayed deliveries and unwanted gifts.

Promotional offers
Promotional offers or discount codes may only be used at the time of purchase and cannot be backdated, applied or refunded after an order has been placed.
Incorrect Items
Incorrectly supplied items may need to be returned to Little Gecko and will only be accepted back in the condition as received, including the original packaging with seal/s intact (décor items) or with swing tags attached (clothing, bags, towels etc.), and must be in an unwashed/unworn/unused condition.
Faulty Items
Little Gecko makes every effort to check all items prior to shipping, however, in the unfortunate event you receive an item you believe may be faulty, please contact us immediately with a detailed description along with clear photos of the item and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
Wear and tear or improper use/care is not considered a fault. While the products Little Gecko stocks are of high quality, nothing is indestructible and general wear and tear is common with products used by children. To ensure the longevity of the item, Little Gecko encourages you to show the child how to use and care for their new goodies.
