Shipping Information

At Little Gecko, we are passionate about the shipping service we provide Australia wide. We proudly offer fast dispatch several times a week with the option of both standard (5-12 business days) and express shipping (1-3 business days). These timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on your location or during peak periods. 

Please ensure your address and phone number have been entered correctly as we ship to the address as entered at checkout noting we DO NOT ship to Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collects. If one of these is entered at the time of your order, we will request that you provide a physical address before we can ship your order. We do not cancel or refund orders where postage details provided are not as per our delivery options (at checkout).

Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to update via your tracking link and ensure you also check your junk folder if your email has not been delivered directly to your inbox.

Unfortunately, shipping delays do occasionally occur and this is something beyond our control with all freight being a third party service. Should you experience any issues with your tracking or delivery please do not hesitate to contact the shipping company below directly as they are best equipped to handle these enquiries.

Any orders that appear to be delayed, lost and/or missing must also be reported directly to the shipping company in which a thorough investigation will be undertaken. The timeframe of this process varies and, in some cases, may take several weeks to resolve. If your order happens to be deemed lost by the shipping company, they must advise us directly in writing via their company email. Any orders deemed lost in transit by the shipping company will be replaced where the same item and/or size is available or will be compensated for via a store credit.
