Shipping Information

Little Gecko proudly offers dispatch several times a week with the following shipping options available at checkout.

Standard 4 – 12 business days - $9.95

Express 1 – 3 business days - $16.95

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on your location or during peak periods and do not include packing and processing times.

Parcel Locker/Collects

We do not ship to Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collects. If one of these is entered at the time of your order, we will request that you provide a physical address before we can ship your order.

Tracking numbers

Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon fulfillment. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to update via your tracking link and ensure you also check your junk folder if it is not in your inbox.

Delivery issues

Should you experience any issues with your tracking or delivery please contact the Australia Post directly as they are best equipped to handle your enquiry.

Any orders deemed lost in transit by the shipping company will be replaced where the same item and/or size is available or will be compensated for via a store credit.

Christmas closure

Our office will be closed from the 19th December until 5th January (inclusive) while we take a break over Christmas & New Year. During this time, we will be unable to respond to any emails/messages until we are back in the office from 6th January.

Our website will continue to take orders during this time however the next dispatch will not be until 30th December (3pm AEST cut off) and then resuming as usual from 6th January.
